TETRIS Active
Probe will be able to contact in parallel to the pins of 2.54mm pitch in
close proximity. The housing of this probe is T-shaped, and the probes can
be stacked without restriction by stacking them one after another. In
this way, multiple measurements can be performed simultaneously. |

The TETRIS
active probe was produced as an independent measurement system by a probe
manufacturer for oscilloscopes. Not only does
it fit tightly in tight spaces, but it can also contact very small test
points and vias. |

With an input
resistance of 1 MΩ and an input capacitance of 0.9
pF, TETRIS is suitable for measuring all frequency ranges. All 3 models
cover the band from DC to 2.5 GHz. |

The ground
plane and the use of copper pads allow the GND
connection to be kept as short as possible for measurements close to the true
value on the IC. |

The Sonic active probe
is available as of now. It has the same Input Voltage of 20 V as the TETRIS®
Series of Probes, but shows bandwidths of up to 4 GHz. The various accessories
provided within the scope of delivery offer the same connections and
adaptations as the accessories of the TETRIS® Series. A Power Supply PS-02
or PS-03 is required to function.
